
With all the stress and workload we have in life, it's easy to overlook self-care, often pushing ourselves into a burnout. Personally, I’ve experienced this in the past, and it's clear that neglecting mental and physical well-being isn’t sustainable while maintaining productivity in our daily routine. To counter this, I’ve been recently developing a habit of regularly checking in on and caring for my mental health. The poster above shares some self-care tips that I’ve found useful and comforting after a long day at work or school. I hope these insights will be helpful to you as well.
